ScorePick collects information you choose to provide, such as an email address submitted to claim pre-launch Vault entries, plus limited traffic information used to understand site performance, audience demand, referral activity, and launch interest.
Shared pre-launch account record
Submitting the launch form creates or updates a ScorePick account identity in Neon using your email address. Before the live game launches, this record is used to associate email verification, acquisition attribution, referrals, and reserved promotional Vault-entry entitlements with the same identity that can later be connected to the production application.
Traffic and analytics
The optional analytics layer can store page path, approximate country/region/city supplied by the hosting platform, language, referrer, campaign parameters, browser user agent, and pseudonymous browser/session identifiers in ScorePick’s Neon database. Google Analytics may also process website usage and device information under Google’s applicable terms and privacy documentation. These traffic trackers remain off until you choose to allow analytics; your preference is remembered in local browser storage. The application is intentionally designed not to store raw visitor IP addresses in its analytics tables.
Email, referrals, and reserved entries
Launch records can include email, approximate location, language, referral source, campaign attribution, email-verification status, qualified referral milestones, and promotional-entry entitlements. When Resend is enabled, ScorePick uses it to deliver verification and launch-related email. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link included in qualifying messages; unsubscribing from marketing does not by itself delete the underlying account or entitlement record.
Bot protection
The launch form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Turnstile processes security signals necessary to perform that function. Rate limiting uses a one-way hash derived from request information rather than storing raw IP addresses in the rate-limit table.
Your choices
Do not submit the launch form if you do not want your email and pre-launch account record stored. This starter policy should be reviewed by counsel before public launch and updated with your legal entity, contact details, retention periods, deletion process, jurisdiction-specific disclosures, and any additional advertising or analytics services you later enable.
